- Filet Mignon800 g
- Butter100 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Whiskey100 ml
- Garlic to taste
- Aromatic herbs to taste
- Portion the filet mignon into medallions of approximately 180g to 200g and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a frying pan and fry the medallions, herbs and garlic cloves just mashed with butter to the point of your taste, turning the meat only once.
- Remove the medallions, garlic and herbs and set aside
- Add the whiskey to the bottom of the skillet and stir until the sauce is composed and the alcohol evaporates.
- Assemble the medallions on the plate with the accompaniments and add the sauce over the meat. Enjoy your food!
