  • Filet mignon or rump300 g
  • cream100 g
  • Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
  • Chia1 teaspoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Finely Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and brown the fillets well. Reserve.
  3. In the same skillet add more oil and fry the garlic until it begins to brown.
  4. Add the mustard, chia, salt and cream and mix.
  5. Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
  6. Cover the fillets with the sauce and serve immediately.
