- Gorgonzola Cheese100 g
- Fresh cream150 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Potato2 unit(s)
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a very hot frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and place the meat
- Let it brown on one side and turn to brown on the other side.
- Separate the meat and in the same frying pan add the cheese and cream.
- Season with salt and pepper and let it boil until all the cheese melts and a creamy sauce is left.
- Pour the sauce over the meat and serve hot.
- You can accompany with rustic potatoes. Cut the potatoes in canoe, season with olive oil, salt and pepper and take to the AirFryer or oven until golden.
