- Recipe
- Filet Mignon400 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream100 g
- Yellow Mustard1 tablespoon
- Water30 ml
- Heat the fridge well
- Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the butter in the frying pan and let it melt, then put the filet mignon
- Leave it on the side for 4 minutes, not stirring the meat all the time (1 minute for each finger of height of the filet, to be almost rare)
- After removing the meat, put it to rest in a shallow dish while you make the mustard sauce.
- Place the cream in a pan and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add mustard and mix well
- Add 30ml of water and stir well for 3 minutes
- Then just put the sauce on the meat and enjoy Enjoy 😉
