- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream200 g
- Gorgonzola cheese80 g
- Green smell to taste
- In a hot skillet with butter, brown the filet mignon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cream and gorgonzola cheese. Stir until it comes to a boil and the cheese is completely melted.
- Transfer to a refractory and serve with bread.
