- Recipe
- Fillet1 kg
- Onion and garlic3 tablespoon
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon
- Red wine1 cup
- Flour1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Paris mushroom2 tablespoon
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the garlic and onion well
- Enter the films cut into steaks and season with salt and black pepper.
- Add the tomato paste and 1 glass of water and cook for 30 min.
