- Organic fillet1 kg
- Leek1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- White Onion1 unit(s)
- Paris mushroom250 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Turmeric1 teaspoon
- Peeled tomato in juice400 ml
- Sour cream250 ml
- Yellow Mustard4 tablespoon
- Nutmeg1 dessert spoon
- Chopping the meat of your choice, I used filet mignon, in strips or cubes. Pass the meat in a dry pan until it is rare.
- Remove the meat from the pan and add the garlic, leek and onion, all finely chopped and stir until everything softens.
- Return the meat and add the chopped mushroom and spices. Also put the skinless tomato in the juice.
- After 5 to 10 minutes stirring over low heat. Add sour cream and mustard. For adding the nutmeg and turning off the fire.
