Fish Skewer with Spicy Smoked Touch

  • Diced hake fillet1 kg
  • Knorr Professional Sea Delights Broth32 g
  • Olive Oil40 ml
  • Hellmann’s Barbecue356 ml
  • Hot sauce20 ml
  • Bamboo skewer20 unit(s)
  1. In a container, season the fish fillets with Knorr Professional Seafood Broth.
  2. Cut into cubes and place on skewers (about 90 g per skewer).
  3. On a griddle or grill, add the olive oil and brown the skewers for about 3 minutes.
  4. Mix Hellmann’s Barbecue with the hot sauce and brush onto the skewers.
  5. Grill for 1 more minute.
