- Soaked black beans250 g
- Paio sausage cut into slices2 unit(s)
- Squash with skin cut into medium pieces3 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Sea salt to taste
- Cook the beans in the pressure cooker with the bay leaf until soft.
- Brown the sausage slices in a non-stick skillet, discard the fat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
- Season the beans, add salt, sausages and squash and cook until the squash is tender.
- Adjust the salt and serve with brown rice with cabbage.
