- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt and spices to taste

- Ricotta Cream3 tablespoon
- Start by washing the peppers well. Cut the middle of the pepper, making a hole in the stem of each pepper, like a lid.
- Remove the seed from inside, cleaning inside. Now season the meat. For the stuffing, sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until golden. Throw in the meat and mix well. Add the diced carrots.
- Add water and let it cook until the carrots are cooked.
- Cut the cheese into small pieces and add to the meat and turn off the heat. Add the cheese too and mix well. Place the stuffing inside the peppers filling well.
- Cover each pepper with aluminum foil in the proportionate size of each pepper and place in a baking dish. Pre heat the fire and bake at 220º, for 20 minutes on average.
