  • Sweet paprika1 tablespoon
  • Crushed black pepper1 tablespoon
  • Dried Thyme1 tablespoon
  • Salt3 teaspoon
  • Wheat in grains1 cup
  • Dried herbs6 teaspoon
  • Parsley1 to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix cumin, crushed seeds, paprika, pepper, thyme and half the salt. Arrange over the meat, on the fat side, forming a crust.

  3. Remove from the oven.Reserve.Put the wheat in the pressure cooker with 800 ml of water.Tampe and cook for 30 minutes.remove from the heat.
  4. Remove the pressure from the pan and open it. Mix the herbs and, after 1 Min., drain the water and season with the remaining salt. Serve with the sliced flank steak. Add parsley to your liking
