- Sweet paprika1 tablespoon
- Crushed black pepper1 tablespoon
- Dried Thyme1 tablespoon
- Salt3 teaspoon
- Wheat in grains1 cup
- Dried herbs6 teaspoon
- Parsley1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix cumin, crushed seeds, paprika, pepper, thyme and half the salt. Arrange over the meat, on the fat side, forming a crust.
- Place on a baking sheet, with the spices on top, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.Reserve.Put the wheat in the pressure cooker with 800 ml of water.Tampe and cook for 30 minutes.remove from the heat.
- Remove the pressure from the pan and open it. Mix the herbs and, after 1 Min., drain the water and season with the remaining salt. Serve with the sliced flank steak. Add parsley to your liking
