- Mozzarella30 g
- Olive oil for greasing to taste
- Season and cook the chicken, then shred or pass in the processor, set aside.
- In another refractory, beat the corn with the cream in a blender, processor or mixer if it gets too dense, gradually add a little bit of the chicken broth, but it can't be liquid.
- Mix the chicken with this cream and correct the salt and seasoning, take the greased shape with olive oil.
- Place the mozzarella on top and place in the preheated oven until golden.
