- Clean flank steak1 kg
- Coarse salt to taste
- Butter (at room temperature)2 tablespoon
- Dried Rosemary to taste
- Dried basil to taste
- Homemade seasoning (garlic and onion)2 tablespoon
- Medium Potatoes cut in half4 unit(s)
- With the flank steak already cleaned, season with coarse salt and place in a baking dish;
- Make a paste with the rest of the seasonings and go over the whole flank steak;
- Place the potatoes around the meat, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 230•C for 50 minutes;
- After that time, remove the foil and leave it in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden;
- Ready now just taste 😉.
