  • ground meat (duckling)1 kg
  • wheat for kibbeh500 g
  • salt1 tablespoon
  • cubed mozzarella200 g
  • black pepper to taste
  • peppermint to taste
  • GREEN SMELL to taste
  • mixed seasoning to taste
  • grated onion1 unit(s)
  • grated garlic5 unit(s)
  1. take a bowl with a lid and put the kibbeh flour and half of all the seasoning mix everything and add 600ml of boiling water mix and cover and let it hydrate for 1 hour
  2. in another bowl we will season the meat with the rest of the seasoning and let it rest
  3. take the hydrated kibbeh flour, put it in a larger bowl, mix half the ground beef and knead it together until it becomes a dough to shape the kibbeh
  4. take a portion in your hand the size you want your savory open in the palm of your hand put a spoonful of ground beef and a piece of mozzarella, shape them all
  5. now just fry in very hot oil , let it drain on a paper towel and serve it to your guests or customers
