- ground meat (duckling)1 kg
- wheat for kibbeh500 g
- salt1 tablespoon
- cubed mozzarella200 g
- black pepper to taste
- peppermint to taste
- GREEN SMELL to taste
- mixed seasoning to taste
- grated onion1 unit(s)
- grated garlic5 unit(s)
- take a bowl with a lid and put the kibbeh flour and half of all the seasoning mix everything and add 600ml of boiling water mix and cover and let it hydrate for 1 hour
- in another bowl we will season the meat with the rest of the seasoning and let it rest
- take the hydrated kibbeh flour, put it in a larger bowl, mix half the ground beef and knead it together until it becomes a dough to shape the kibbeh
- take a portion in your hand the size you want your savory open in the palm of your hand put a spoonful of ground beef and a piece of mozzarella, shape them all
- now just fry in very hot oil , let it drain on a paper towel and serve it to your guests or customers
