- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh Rosemary to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Crushed Garlic1 tablespoon
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- I cut the liver into large pieces, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, vinegar, rosemary and marinated for 1 hour.
- In a frying pan I added 3 tablespoons of olive oil and I gradually added the pieces of liver, I browned well on one side and then on the other, I added more olive oil little by little so as not to get dry, I added the garlic, onion, tomatoes and peppers, turned off the fire.
