- Salt to taste
- Oil1 cup
- Alcohol Vinegar1 teaspoon
- Cut the chicken breast, season with salt and alcohol vinegar
- In a frying pan, put the oil, let it get very hot.
- Put the pieces of chicken breast, cover and let it fry until it's golden brown.
- Turn the pieces to fry the other side, leave for 5 minutes each side to be golden and dry.
