- Butter/margarine or cream for screaming6 tablespoon
- Season the chicken with garlic, salt and paprika, place in a bowl, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. After the pause time, let's fry, add the 6 tablespoons of butter/margarine or cream to the skillet and place on low heat. As soon as all the butter has melted add the chicken and let it fry normally on low heat. Once everything is golden brown, add a little water, on average, two tablespoons, let it cook for another 1 or two minutes and your recipe is ready.
