- Wheat Flour for Quibe1 cup
- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Mozzarella200 g
- Hot water1 cup
- Chopped Mint1 tablespoon
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- In a container add the wheat and hot water, stir and let it hydrate for approximately 30 minutes.
- With the wheat already hydrated add the ground beef (I used chuck) the salt, mint, onion, and seasonings to taste.
- Take a small portion of the mixture, put some mozzarella in the middle and shape the kebabs.
- After modeling all the kibbehs, fry in hot oil.
- Drain on a paper towel.
