- Recipe
- Pork shank1 kg
- Oil or fat300 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Oregano to taste
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Seasonings for meat to taste
- Chop the ham into medium cubes (pieces of 3 fingers in size on average)
- Season with the seasonings of your choice, I used salt, pepper, oregano, lemon, garlic and coloral.
- Leave to marinate for half an hour.
- Add the oil and seasoned meat to a pan.
- Fry over medium heat until golden, stirring constantly to avoid burning at the bottom of the pan.
- Drain the fat when ready.
- Tip: serve with white rice, accompanied by vinaigrette and farofa
