- Oil (of your choice or olive oil) to taste

- zucchini preparation Peel the zucchini after washing, cut into medium cubes with a knife or another utensil, bring to a boil with a little salt. After cooking, drain the water and set aside.
- ground beef preparation Put the oil or olive oil (or both) in a pan, place over medium heat, add the chopped garlic and onion and let it brown (without burning), add the ground meat, salt and spices to taste, stir everything and mix . Wait for the meat to sear a little and then add the sauce or tomato paste. Let it cook. The meat cannot be dry and not too much sauce, so add more sauce and a little water. After ready, book.
- Assembly Take a 30 cm frying pan, put a little of the meat sauce on the bottom with cream of milk, very little oil (just so it doesn't stick), stir and spread it on the bottom. Put the zucchini and spread making a layer. Then insert some of the ground beef over the zucchini, spreading it out, and some of the cream too. Spread the rest of the ground meat over the zucchini and place the mozzarella cheese slices covering the ground meat with the cream, throw the parmesan cheese and oregano to taste on top and take everything to the low fire. Cover the pan and wait for the sauce to brown and dry a little. The ideal point is when it starts to get a little on the bottom and sides, after the liquid dries a little. Note: be careful not to let it burn.
