- Wash the meat and pierce it all over with a knife. Then make a hole in the middle and set aside.
- Cut the pepperoni and bacon into small cubes and season with sweet oil.
- Take the meat season with crushed garlic, onion, tomato, pepper, coloring, cumin and coriander. Place the pepperoni with the bacon already seasoned with sweet oil in the hole in the center of the meat.
- In a pan, place the meat already seasoned and stuffed with a little oil, the knorr, the sazon, the tomato paste, and a little water and put the stuffing over medium heat.
- When it starts to boil, turn it over so that the meat takes on the flavor of the seasonings. Let it cook and as you need water, add it to the other until it cooks completely.
- Once cooked, cut into slices, place on a platter and drizzle with the broth that formed from the meat and serve.
