- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
- Clove powder1/2 dessert spoon
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Honey1/2 cup
- Baking soda1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder 50%1 cup
- In a bowl add the milk, cinnamon, cloves, sugar and honey. Mix well .
- Add and beat the chocolate powder and wheat flour in the mixer. Beat until a homogeneous mass.
- Slowly add the yeast and bicarbonate of soda.
- In a greased shape take it to the oven to bake for the period of 15/20 min at 180/200 degrees. Until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- For the filling use good quality dulce de leche.
- Assemble in the form of acetate, chocolate, dulce de leche and honey bread.
