Glazed pork ribs with white wine

- Pork ribs1 kg
- Brown Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Rosemary sprigs4 unit(s)
- White wine200 ml
- Bay leaves2 unit(s)
- Water100 ml
- Remove the membrane that is on the side of the rib bones by pulling with your hands. Season with salt, brown sugar and rosemary and set aside in the fridge for two hours.
- In a roasting pan with a rack, add water, half of the wine and the bay leaves. Place the ribs on the grill without letting them come into contact with the liquid in the roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a medium oven for an hour and a half, if the ribs are larger, bake for two hours. More than that and another fall apart there touch
- Remove the foil and return to the oven or bake for another 30 minutes or until golden. Add the rest of the wine to deglaze the pan and sprinkle the ribs from time to time while they brown.
