Chorizo Steaks (flank steak) Aged (I used Friboi)2 unit(s)
Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
Ground black pepper to taste
Coarse salt to taste

Season the steaks with coarse salt, ground black pepper and extra virgin olive oil and leave in this basic seasoning for about 15 minutes.
Heat the grill or skillet and place the steaks, sear the meat 30 seconds on each side
Lower the temperature or heat and cook until the desired point is reached (try and add salt if necessary) before removing from the grill.
Serve then 😉
