- Coarse salt to taste
- Light the barbecue and make the brazier very strong.
- Spread coarse salt over the entire piece of picanha and cook with the fat side down for 5 minutes.
- Turn the piece over and bake on the other side for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the barbecue and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut steaks two fingers thick. They are raw inside.
- Rub coarse salt on both sides of each steak.
- Take the steaks to the barbecue. When the blood rises, it's time to turn around.
- Leave on the other side for another 3 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the barbecue and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!!!
