- Corn (no water)1 can(s)
- Green Smell0 to taste
- Seasonings0 to taste
- Onion1.1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- In a pan put a thread of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the onion and let it brown.
- Then add the meat and let it change color.
- Then add the seasonings (I used salt, black pepper, paprika, saffron, coloring, sazon, oregano), the tomato sauce and the true scent.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes then add the corn and let it cook for another 5 minutes see the point of the meat if it is soft you can turn it off otherwise leave it on the fire for a few more minutes
