- Heat a drizzle of oil/olive oil in a pan over medium heat and place the meat to sauté without adding any other ingredients.
- Stir the meat so that it completely loosens up until all the water released has dried up. This is the dehydration process.
- Put the other ingredients chopped into very small pieces, add your favorite seasoning and add water until all the meat is covered. The protein rehydration process begins.
- Leave on medium heat until part of the water reduces without letting it dehydrate again. This will make the meat tender and juicy.
