- Ground beef500 g
- medium boiled and mashed potatoes4 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Tomato sauce6 tablespoon
- Ham100 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Cook the potatoes in salted water, mash and set aside.
- In a pan add the onion and garlic and then the ground meat let it fry season with salt and pepper. Mix the ground beef with the mashed potatoes, add 2 chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper.
- Place the dough in a refractory spread well cover with the tomato sauce spread ham and the mozzarella take it to the oven for fixings and it's ready.
