- 1 kg of ground hard coxão 1/2 cup (tea) of crushed onion 2 cloves of garlic, crushed Salt to taste 8 slices of bacon 200 g of sliced cheese 1/2 cup (tea) of chopped green olives 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise4 cup
- On a sheet of parchment paper, place the ground beef, onion, garlic and salt. With your fingers, mix the ingredients and open the meat until you get a layer of 2 cm high. Add half of the bacon slices, the cheese and the olive. Roll the meat into a roulade, brush with mayonnaise and cover with the rest of the bacon slices. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and transfer to a plate. Serve decorated as you wish.
