- grated onion2 unit(s)
- Sliced ham200 g
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Garlic and Salt to taste
- Season the ground beef with the grated onion, green seasoning, garlic and salt. (If you want you can trigger other dry seasonings) .
- Place the seasoned meat on a sheet of foil or parchment paper and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm, more or less.
- Forre the meat with the ham and cheese, you can also put green corn, peas and cottage cheese.
- Roll the meat, with the help of the sheet of foil or butter, in the form of a rocambole.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
