- Ground beef500 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oats3 tablespoon
- Cheese or Mozzarella200 g
- Lean Ham200 g
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Season the ground beef to your preference.
- Add the egg and the sand and mix well.
- Open the meat between two plastic bags, I used those bags to pack. Then remove the plastic from above and start stuffing.
- Fill with cheese, ham, onion, tomato and whatever else you want (olive, pout pepper)
- With the help of the plastic that will be underneath, roll it up like a swiss roll.
- Place in medium oven for 40 minutes.
