Ground beef roulade with cheese and mozzarella

- Ground beef600 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Ham200 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Chimichurri1 to taste
- Boss Spice1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Mix ground beef with onion, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Open a piece of laminated paper of about 50 cm on a table, open the ground beef dough on the laminated paper until it forms a not too thin rectangle.
- Place the slices of ham and cheese.
- Wrap the roulade with the help of foil. With the same foil, cover the roulade and put it in the oven.
- Bake the roulade for 20 minutes or so, covered in foil.
- Open the laminate and bake a little longer until golden.
- Accompany with golden potatoes and rice.
