Ground ham

Tempere o carne moída com sal, sazon, pimenta e o alho.

Season the ground beef with salt, seasoning, pepper and garlic.

Aqueça o óleo e acrescente a carne moída. Refogue bem, coloque a cebola, o coentro o milho e o extrato de tomate.

Heat the oil and add the ground beef. Saute well, add the onion, coriander, corn and tomato paste.

Deixe ferver ate o caldo ficar bem grosinho.

Let it boil until the broth is very thick.
