- Easy to make and super tasty. In a bowl I seasoned the ground beef with garlic, onion, parsley, chimichurri, Edu guedes seasoning, salt, black pepper and pepperoni. I hit the mixer to be well crushed and mixed in the meat. I left it in the fridge overnight to get the seasoning. I didn't put the amount because it all depends on how many you want to make. We made 12 pieces, using 135 grams of meat in each.
- If you want a smaller amount of volcanoes, just reduce the amount of meat and consequently the other condiments. If you don't have a mixer or a crusher, chop everything very fine that you don't have problem. Enjoy your food.
