- Worcestershire sauce1 dessert spoon
- Liquid smoke1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
- Mince the garlic and onion and brown in the pan with the oil.
- Chop the chopped carrot and put it in the pan. After a few minutes put the meat and cover with the tomato.
- Cook for about 20 minutes on low heat and add the Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
