- Ground beef500 g
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic (tooth)1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Oregano to taste
- In a pan add the chopped garlic and onion, along with the olive oil. Start to sauté and as soon as the onion starts to lighten, add the ground beef. Cover the pan and let it cook over low heat, stirring occasionally so that the meat is very loose.
- While the meat cooks, clean and chop the carrots and broccoli. After adding it to the pan with the meat, add a little water and let it cook until the water dries completely.
- I used it to season salt, chimichurri and oregano, but other seasonings can be used according to taste
