- Ground beef500 g
- Olive1/5 cup
- Salt to taste
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Oil to taste
- In a large pan add the meat and a little oil, mix until the reddish color comes out. Add salt in the desired amount, diced onion and crushed garlic. Mix well!
- When the meat is well fried and "golden" add the chopped olives (can be in slices or cubes) and mix everything until it becomes homogeneous. Serve!
