- Cassava1 kg
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika1 dessert spoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Pounded Garlic5 unit(s)
- Mozzarella300 g
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Milk500 ml
- Chili1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce 🍅300 g
- We start with the ground beef, put it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and let it simmer
- Put black pepper, garlic and salt, with a spoon 🥄 of paprika let it cook
- Add the peppers and onion and add a sachet of tomato sauce 🍅 let it cook for another 5 minutes add the green smell and turn off the heat 🔥
- Cook the cassava until very soft
- Blend in a blender with the cooking water and, if necessary, use the milk, it is very good.
- Take it to the fire 🔥 season the cassava and let the cream thicken
- Place the ground beef on a tray and place our cream on top.
- On top of this cream, put the grated parmesan and spread it well on top and put the mozzarella on top
- Take it to the heated oven for 25 minutes ready our recipe and just serve 😋😋😋😋
