- Mustard to taste
- With the thawed ham, season with the spices and lemon juice and leave overnight to marinate the seasoning well.
- The next day: adjust the seasoning and add mustard. bake covered in aluminum foil for about 40 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes to your preference, put the same seasoning mixture as the ham on the potatoes.
- After 40 minutes in the oven. If the meat is already a little soft, add the potatoes and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Then remove the aluminum foil and let it brown. After that, just serve. Overnight the ham takes on the seasoning well and is even more delicious with lemon and mustard.
