- Ground beef500 g

- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt, pepperoni, hot paprika, black pepper, or your favorite seasonings to taste
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Chia to taste
- Flaxseed to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Mix the meat with all the ingredients (except the oil), knead well and make balls of the desired size.
- Bake the meatballs in the airfryer or put them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven. Drizzle with oil.
- Put them in the tomato sauce and let it cook for a few minutes.
