- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella30 g
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Pass the chicken fillets in the beaten eggs and then pass in the almond flour mixture with the Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and take it to the airfryer until golden.
- Transfer the chicken fillets to a pan, spread the pir tomato sauce on top and cover with mozzarella and oregano.
- Place in the oven to melt the cheese.
