- Parmesan cheese to taste

- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon

- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Peel the potatoes and put them to cook under pressure for 10 minutes. Preheat a pan with a drizzle of oil and add the meat to sauté without seasoning. After the meat is braised, without any water, add the dry seasonings, the meat broth, the onion, the bell pepper and the tomato. Sauté for a little longer until the spices melt. Add the tomato sauce and chives, turn off the heat and set aside.
- Drain the potatoes and squeeze them using a juicer or fork. Then add the butter and cottage cheese and mix until smooth.
- Place half of the mashed potato in a refractory and spread it all over the bottom, place all the meat on top and then add the rest of the mashed potato. Put the mozzarella, parmesan and take it to the oven until gratin.
