- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Peeled and chopped tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Boiled, peeled and mashed potato1/2 kg
- Light cottage cheese250 ml
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Saute the meat with all the seasonings until the meat is not raw.
- Mix the boiled and mashed potato with the cottage cheese and bring to a simmer until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Place half of the puree in a rectangular baking dish.
- Add the braised meat.
- Add the rest of the puree and top with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake until the cheese is melted.
