- Fresh Rosemary Sprig to taste

- In a pan heat the oil and brown the meat shavings well.
- Add water and all other ingredients.
- Let it cook on low heat (without boiling) for about 40 minutes.
- Strain the broth and use it in the preparation of risottos, pasta, etc.
