Ground Beef300 g
Minced Garlic1 dessert spoon
Ground black pepper to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Chopped green onion1/4 cup
Ground Cumin1 coffee spoon
Smoked paprika1 teaspoon

Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
Model the burgers and grill in a non-stick skillet greased with olive oil or oil over high heat first to seal both sides.
Then reduce the heat, close the pan with a lid, add a little water and let it cook until it reaches the point you like.
Serve on a hamburger bun with mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese.
