- Recipe
- Pieces of pork belly with skin cut into 10x2cm to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Place the pork pieces in a non-stick frying pan over low heat and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
- When frying in the fat of the meat, cover and leave for 5 minutes.
- Add the salt and turn the meat. Leave another 3 minutes still capped.
- When very crispy, remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
