- Cut the meat into small pieces, the bacon too, put everything in a food processor. Process until everything is well blended, and the fat mixes well with the Beef Blend. Place in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands for 5 minutes, kneading to develop the collagen in the meat. Make 6 balls of 200g or 6 185g. And ready. You can grill or bake and serve as you like.
