- Thick sausage500 g
- Sliced medium potatoes4 unit(s)
- Rice with jerky (optional)2 cup
- Pre heat the Air fryer at 200° for 5 minutes, right after, put the sausage, you don't need to boil it before. Leave 20 minutes on one side and 20 on the other side.
- Slice the potato (I sliced it too thin, I advise you to cut it thicker, a finger width) put it together with the sausage, you don't need to cook it first.
- Note: do not pierce the sausage while it is baking, as this will make it dry.
- I made rice in butter with jerky to accompany.
